i dont know how to start writing this letter . but ohhhhh ok. i gonna to write some important definitions in literature generalluy , and especifically novel 1 course since my friends always ask me about them.

Capitalism:
refers to the political system in which the means of production and distrubuting goods is owned collectively to gain the profit.
Orientalism :
is the study of the far and near Eastern societies, cutures, people and perceptions by Western scholars. in brief, it is an imitation of aspects of Eastern cultures.
Colonialism:
is a practice of domination which involves the subjugation of one people to another. it includes political and economic control over a dependent territory.
postcolonial literature:
it is concerned with the political and cultural independence of people subjugated in a colonial Empire.
Realism:
is a 19th century approach help in France. it attempts to describe life without isealization or romantic jubjectivity.
Marxism:
is the teory and the political practice derived from the work of Karl Marx and Freidrich Engles , it looks at the social relations among people.
Aestheticism:
this name is given to the pholisophical study of the nature of the beauty and the theory of the taste . it is concerned with appreciation, definitions and the criticism of the beauty . this is defined as an attitude or sensibelity which promotes beauty as an end in itself and views it as the proper function of the artist, rejecting all moralities end of art " ART FOR ART'S SAKE"
The work of art:
is the internal made external resulting from a creative process operating under the impulse of feelings and embodying the combined product of the artists' feelings, thouhts and perceptions.
